This program is ideally designed for individuals that have worked in fringe areas of sales and marketing or product development or individuals with a strong interest in the practical application of key marketing principles and how to apply them in practical business situations or the pathway to higher qualification with in the broader field of business study.

Upon completion of our Diploma of Marketing course, candidates have a tangible portfolio of evidence, which can be presented to employers, capable of demonstrating their newly acquired Employability Skills.

Delivery Approach

The student is required to achieve competency in 8 units, attending classes 20 hours per week, in order to complete the course.

The student will undergo:

An introduction process explaining the units of competency and the training and assessment program.
A review of the available units of competency. The units of competency to be included in a participant’s training program are set in accordance with the MnM Institute training package.
An induction into the training program
A review and sign off of the training plan
The format for delivery/assessment will be designed around a program involving combination of review of existing skills, gap training as appropriate, theory sessions as appropriate and assessment in the classroom setting.

Is this program for you?

This program is meant to support you at this stage in your career where you need to be able to effectively manage a team and inspire its members to be creative and perform. It is a particularly good fit for people already having that type of responsibilities, be they entrepreneurs or team managers in a company. It will give you opportunities to experiment with different styles of management to develop your own. You will acquire a deep understanding of what it takes to make a venture succeed. Through the process, you will notably learn how to get the right people on board, communicate your vision, set and assess KPI’s, evaluate and control risks. Completing the program will make you more confident in your abilities to create a productive working environment and gain practical experience as a leader.

Our Approach
